Return & Exchange Policy Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery in case of a damaged or defective item. The Retail Partner may choose between a 100% refund or exchange. For exchanges, the replacement item will be delivered to the Retail Partner's doorstep and the defective/damaged item will be collected at the same time. For returns, the item will be collected from the Retail Partner's doorstep. Once the returned item reaches Kin Trends, the full payment will be transferred to the Retail Partner's account. For a small number of returned/exchanged items, doorstep pickup and exchange will be arranged for the Retail Partner's convenience.
