Wholesale Terms of Service

By using the Kin Trends Wholesale website or placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Retail Partners

  • The website is intended for garment retailers and retail partners.

  • Kin Trends reserves the right to approve or decline any Retail Partner application.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All wholesale orders must be paid 100% in advance.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for wholesale orders.

  • An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and accepted by Kin Trends.

  • Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Products

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings.

  • Kin Trends may update, discontinue or modify products, designs and specifications without prior notice.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping charges are paid by the Retail Partner.

  • Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

  • Dispatch and delivery are subject to the Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or defective products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the Return & Exchange Policy.

  • The Retail Partner may choose a 100% refund or exchange for eligible damaged/defective items.

6. Website & Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including product images, designs, logos, text and graphics, belongs to Kin Trends and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

  • Retail Partners may use officially provided Kin Trends marketing material for promoting Kin Trends products.

7. Account & Website Use

  • Retail Partners are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping their account details secure.

  • The website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.

8. Policy Updates

Kin Trends reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service, prices, policies or website features when necessary. Updated terms will apply from the date they are published on the website.
